Major new article on shaken baby syndrome

Family Law has published ([2011] Fam Law 1370) the latest article written by Janet Bettle (with Jonathan Herring of Oxford University) dealing with the complexities of shaken baby syndrome. This is a particularly difficult area and the article examines the case law, together with the latest information from the Royal College of Pathologists and a brief resumé of current research projects in the area.
