Joanna Bradbury worked for the European Commission and the Foreign Office before training for the Bar. She joined East Anglian Chambers in 1999 and has since developed a general civil and employment law practice.
As a member of the Pro-Bono Unit she has represented several clients under this scheme.
Joanna represents both claimants and defendants in personal injury claims, from initial advice on liability to pleadings and trial. She has experience in a range of cases, including occupier's liability, employer's liability (including stress at work), road traffic accidents, fatal accidents, highways and CICB claims.
Joanna is instructed by local authorities, housing associations and tenants in landlord & tenant cases, ranging from simple possessions arising from anti-social behaviour to those involving discrimination. She regularly represents her clients in contested hearings.
