Shona Harvey LL B (Sheffield)

Shona joined East Anglian Chambers in 2009 from Octagon House Chambers in Norwich. She undertakes most civil work but specialises in personal injury cases. She has experience in a wide range of personal injury work including

• employers’ liability
• occupiers’ liability
• product liability
• highways
• fatal accidents
• CICB claims 

on behalf of both claimants and defendants. She also undertakes all advocacy and drafting, especially schedules for complex special damages claims.

Shona was previously employed by Prettys Solicitors in Ipswich in the defendant insurance department, where her caseload concerned road traffic accidents, employers’ liability and fatal accident claims.

She also deals with contract and professional negligence claims and land disputes, especially those concerning boundaries and rights of way.

Shona has a modern, friendly approach to providing legal services and is happy to advise informally on the telephone at any stage in a case.
