Following the successful completion of her pupillage Suhayla was invited to accept membership of Chambers. Prior to undertaking pupillage Suhayla had worked for a number of years as a legal assistant in a private commercial firm of solicitors in Norwich. Additionally, she volunteered as a generalist Adviser with the Citizens Advice Bureau and as an Employment Representative with the Free Representation Unit. As a result, she has a broad range of experience of most aspects of civil law from the view points of solicitors, lay clients and as a practising barrister.
Suhayla has a mixed practice of advisory and advocacy work over a range of practice areas such as land law, employment law, contract law, credit hire and personal injury cases.
