Alison Underhill LL B

Alison practises throughout East Anglia and into London, covering all aspects of family law. Alongside her predominantly family practice Alison also undertakes private prosecutions for a number of bodies.

Alison also co-ordinates and arranges all mini-pupillages undertaken at the Colchester and Chelmsford premises.

Public Law:

Acting on behalf of local authorities, parents and Guardians, from the commencement of care proceedings through to adoption.

Private Law:

Alison is regularly instructed in Children Act matters, particularly contact and residence disputes. She also represents both Applicants and Respondents in domestic violence matters.

Ancillary Relief:

Undertaking both privately and publicly funded work.

Interests:

Travel, horse riding, food and shopping (lots of shopping!)
