Jade joined East Anglian Chambers after successfully completing pupillage, having previously worked in Local Government and research positions. 

Jade’s practice covers all aspects of family law including:
  • Ancillary relief
  • Schedule 1 Applications
  • Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996
  • Children cases :
    • Public Law – acting on behalf of parents, local authorities, guardians, grandparents and non-family members in cases involving issues of neglect, sexual abuse, domestic violence, addiction , mental health and non-accidental injuries
    • Private Law – representing parties in relation to contact and residence disputes, specific issue applications and injunctions


Jade also accepts civil instructions, having experience in the areas of landlord & tenant, possession, small claims and fast track matters, and cost disputes.
