Kate Miller BA (Dunelm)

Kate graduated from Durham University in 1984 and spent the next 10 years pursuing a sporting career, having rowed and sculled for the England and Great Britain teams – representing Great Britain in the World Championships.  During this time she also worked as a Lloyd's insurance broker.

Since being called to the Bar Kate has rapidly built up a significant practice in all aspects of Family work.  She has a particular interest in Matrimonial Finance, including farming and family company cases.  Clients will benefit from her experience and knowledge of the distribution of pension assets.

She has concern and understanding for her clients and can be relied upon to give firm and realistic advice based on thorough preparation.  In court she is forthright and tenacious, and widely respected by her colleagues.
