Nick came to East Anglian Chambers after completing a first six pupillage at 4 King's Bench Walk. Whilst there he was involved in a wide range of commercial cases concerning corporate insolvency, international and domestic trade, agency, commercial property, contract and international arbitration.

Today Nick continues to practice commercial law and has extended his civil practice to include negligence and landlord & tenant. Nick's practice has taken him to the Commercial Court and the Queen's Bench and Chancery Divisions of the High Court and his caseload has ranged from matters at the small claims level to £500,000 multi-track trials.

He has also developed an employment practice which has led to him representing both respondent companies and unions, mainly in unfair dismissal and redundancy cases, at tribunals sitting in Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Croydon, Norwich, Reading and Stratford.
