Shereen Dyer LL B (Westminster)


After graduating in 1997 but prior to qualifying for the Bar Shereen lived and worked abroad for a number of years.  Having qualified in 2004 she joined chambers in 2007. Shereen combines intellectual ability with excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that both lay and professional clients receive a high level of service on every occasion; and she believes that her background gives her an insight into the particular needs of a diverse client base.

 

Civil

Shereen accepts instructions to advise and to appear in relation to a variety of civil matters, and also attends Coroner's Inquests. Her recent experience includes:

  • Adverse possession/rights of way
  • Challenging a grant of probate
  • Credit Hire claims (small claims and fast track)
  • Personal Injury (liability and quantum)   

Immigration

Shereen accepts instructions in immigration work and is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association. She also provides pro bono immigration advice through Chelmsford Citizens Advice Bureau.
