East Anglian Chambers has a considerable history of strength in personal injury work and the present large team has a wide experience of dealing with personal injuries in all fields - at work, in the home and in public places - and with clinical negligence.

Our cases come both from high street firms acting for claimants and from larger firms acting for Trades Unions and insurance companies, including those representing public authorities.

With the withdrawal of Legal Aid for work of this kind, team members are ready in appropriate cases to consider and advise on CFAs and other funding options.
